It has been a while since I have posted.
I feel like I am always saying that.
Well this is what we have been up to...
| St. Patrick's Day! Brooklyn's Leprechaun trap! |
| They woke up with colored hair, among other fun things. It was a really fun day! Brooklyn's Favorite holiday, so it had to be big! It ended in gold coins flying from the sky. If you want more details you will have to call and ask Brooklyn. |
| For Spring Break we went to Visit Family in San Jose. On the way we took our first Jelly Belly Factory tour. Mmm, it was yummy, I mean cool. |
| Eunnie, and her kids introduced us to Happy Hollows. It was so much fun! |
| This is Addy and I, before we rode the roller coster! It freaked her out. |
| Paige loved every minute of it. |
| More Rides! |
| Petting zoo. |
| We had a great time, we celebrated Paul's 5th Birthday too. Some how I didn't take any pic's of that. Thanks Paul and Eunnie. |
Shortly After Brandon had surgery on his ACL and Meniscus. He looks so cozy! He was freezing so the had him wrapped up like a Nun. He had a difficult recovery at first, but he is doing much better now.
| This girl loves holidays. We went to the park for a picnic so I slid some cardboard into her sandwich. Let me just say that is the only tick that worked on her. |
| Addy got this bike for her birthday. It is a balance bike. She is gettigng pretty good on it. I am hoping it will make the real deal go a lot smoother. |
| A few days before Easter we found a wonderful surprise. Goslings! |
| This was at the annual Spring Jamboree, egg hunt. |
| Our favorite part is all the real bunnies they bring. |
| And the fake ones too. At least for Addy, this was really cool. Maybe it had to do something with the color Pink! |
| After a birthday party we dyed Easter Eggs. Brooklyn out did all of us. |
| Easter morning after they found their baskets. |
| I tried hard to get a good picture of them in their dresses. I think they were worn out by this point. We missed having Brandon up and about, but other than that, it was a pretty great Easter. |
Those bunnies are massive. I love that picture of Brandon. Cardboard in B's sandwich? Brilliant. I need to make holidays more fun. One of neighbors had us distract her husband so she could hide eggs in their apartment and dress up like a bunny. I need to be more creative. Thank you for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteyou guys really know how to do spring well. brandon looks good as a nun and you look great on a roller coaster and the girls look cute in their dresses. love you peeps.
ReplyDeleteedee, I love the holidays too, especially when we get to see you. You put the Irish to shame with your green antics. I must call Brooklyn about chocolate money raining down. And I must say to Addy that i never liked roller coasters either; it's okay, but cardboard sandwiches? It must have been that April first holiday. Cute Daddy all wrapped up like tortilla the Nun. And way to go with the beautiful eggs, Brooklyn. Happy Easter belatedly.
