Catching Up!

I think it has been about six months since the time our last blog started having trouble, so I have finally taken the time to start a new one and catch everyone up on our lives and show some fun pictures from the past few months. One on my goals this year is to take more pictures, so if I am successful you will get to see more. Starting from most recent, Addy turned two yesterday! She was so hyper and supper excited and I didn't even give her any cake yet. She loved all of her gifts. She made our night with all of her expressions.

 The Elmo cake. Man, these cakes take a long time to make, but always turn out really cute.

 Addy got a water table toy, she loved it just as much as she loved drinking the water from it.

Not sure if I need to mention this, but Addy has really been into elmo lately. It is the funniest thing! Brooklyn thought that she should wear the Elmo costume since we were having Elmo cake!

This is Brooklyn at her ballet recital. I didn't get any pictures during the dance. (just video). But she did so great! Now, she has decided she doesn't want to do Ballet anymore and is moving on to gymnastics. I think about every three months she changes her mind. Ugg.

 We went to the nutcracker in Sacramento just with Brooklyn, it was such a fun day! 

It was my fist time as well. We both thought it was pretty magical.

We went sledding Christmas eve with my cousin and her family. It takes a long time to reach snow in California, but the girls had the best time!

I had to put this one in. 

Brooklyn made this for a fairy. She even left real food on the small plates. we often talk about what kind of fairies live in Chico, or what kind of food they like to eat. She asked me to look it up on the computer. I don't know how I will ever tell her that they are not real.

 

Addy is slowing starting to want to be potty trained. 

She will sit and sit and sit on toilet. If I need to use it she will run in ahead of me and take out her seat and demand she go first.
